3.5 oz (100 g) vegan butter, melted
4.2 oz (120 g) coconut sugar
2.7 fl oz (80 ml) non-dairy milk
4.2 oz (120 g) all-purpose flour
2.7 oz (75 g) cocoa powder
¾ tsp baking powder
6 oz (170 g) dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease or line a brownie pan with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted vegan butter and sugar. Then stir in the non-dairy milk until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until the mixture is well combined, then fold in the chocolate chips. Spread the batter evenly into a prepared baking pan.
- Bake in the hot oven for 20 minutes for gooey brownies, or extend to 25 to 30 minutes if you prefer your brownies a little firmer.
- Remove the pan from the oven and set aside to cool. Once completely cool, cut the brownies into squares and serve.
