Instructions

  • Place the almond milk, coconut yogurt, raspberries, and maple syrup into a high speed blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the chia seeds until well combined.
  • Refrigerate for about 15 minutes, or overnight, allowing the pudding to thicken.
