1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp matcha powder
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1.4 oz (40 g) dairy-free dark chocolate

Instructions

  • Place the shredded coconut, cannellini beans, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and matcha powder into a food processor and blend to form a dough.
  • Roll the dough into 10 even-sized balls and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Melt the coconut oil and chocolate together. Dip the balls into the melted chocolate and refrigerate for 1 hour.
