Instructions

  • Whisk the matcha powder and soy milk together in a bowl.
  • In a jar, mix together the soy yogurt, chia seeds, sweetener, and matcha milk. Cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
  • Blend the frozen mango with a splash of cold water until smooth.
  • Top the chia pudding with the mango puree and serve.
