14 oz (400 g) can of chickpeas, drained, rinsed
2 oz (60 g) tahini
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  • Place all the ingredients into a bowl and stir until well combined.
  • Spread the chickpeas out on the baking sheet in a single layer and place into the hot oven to roast for 25 minutes until crunchy.
  • Once cooked, set the baking sheet aside on a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Place the chickpeas into an airtight container and enjoy as a snack.
