For the jam:
2 cups (145 g) fresh blackberries
12 drops liquid stevia or sweetener of choice
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract

1⁄2 cup (45 g) quick oats
1 1⁄2 cups (360 ml) soy milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
12 drops stevia or sweetener of choice
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
- To make jam, place blackberries into small saucepan over medium heat. Mash berries with fork, then add stevia, vanilla extract, and chia seeds. Reduce heat to low and cook until berries are soft (about 4 minutes). Put berry mixture in container and seal.
- In separate container, mix together oats, soy milk, peanut butter, chia seeds, stevia, hemp seeds, and cinnamon. Seal container.
- Refrigerate both containers overnight.
- To serve, scoop oat mixture into two jars, layer jam on top, and repeat.
